Fields4Kids, a local non-profit community based organization, will hold their 6th annual golf outing Friday, July 7, 2017, at the Hermon Meadow Golf Course in Hermon, Maine.  Tee time will be a shotgun start at 8 a.m. (registration begins at 7:15 a.m.)  We invite all Fields4Kids supporters, participants, sports enthusiasts and anyone else to join us for a day of relaxation and fun.  This is also a great opportunity to introduce new people to our organization.  Register as an individual, support us as a sponsor, provide a prize, or create a foursome and we will provide prizes, lunch, refreshments and a great day. 

To accommodate a full field and to maintain the pace of play, all participants will play a four-man scramble format.  We will also allow players to purchase mulligans and skirts for $5 each and offer hole-in-one, longest drive, closest to the pin and putting contests. 

We have some great sponsorship opportunities as well.  If you or your company is interested, please complete the online form and pay via company credit card or send entry form and return with a check and correct sign information.  All sponsorships are tax-deductible with proceeds benefiting the Fields4Kids organization.
