Ben Jackson-Buttle

Benji (Aka Ben) served in the Royal Navy for 15 years where he made fitness big a part of his daily life and worked closely with the Royal Marines. His passion for fitness led to him to  becoming a qualified personal trainer and Les Mills Combat instructor. Ben loves to deliver results for his clients whatever their goals with a supportive approach to their fitness journey. His upbeat and high-energy personality always gets people pushing to reach their full potential, whether it’s in a group session or one-to-one.

Seb Hurd

After 20 Years of Living in France, Seb changed things up in his life by moving to Plymouth and getting a degree in Nutrition, Exercise and Health in 2018 and qualifying as an instructor with YMCA. Being 20 years older than most people on his course, he proved age is no barrier to getting into health and fitness – something he brings to his work as an instructor with his down-to-earth style and ability to get the best out of his clients, regardless of their fitness experience or goals. He was also a long-term member of YMCA before joining the team and is known for his big smile and ever-cheerful attitude!

Bryony Chalcraft

Beginning her fitness journey as a YMCA member, Bryony turned her own weight struggles into the passion for fitness she has today. Outside the gym you can find her trekking or cycling over the moors, as well as climbing rockfaces throughout the UK. Her range of qualifications include functional fitness, PT, spinning and more. She’s even a qualified Ninja Warrior coach – and was a contestant on TV too! Known for her fun, friendly and no-nonsense style of instructing, she’s able to pass on her wealth of experience to both fitness pros and those entirely new to a the gym. 

Krzysztof Rojek

Kris has years of experience as a PT with qualifications and experience ranging from Level 3 Fitness Instructing & PT to Dietics, Indoor Cycling, Gym based Boxing, Metabolic Circuits and more. Kris is passionate about improving people’s lifestyles and his sessions will help you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health and to achieve your fitness goals.
